Round-compact, medium-weak growth with medium-sized, broad-pointed oval foliage. The new shoot is fresh, dark green. The winter foliage is bronze-colored and has a beautifully aromatic scent in every season. The flowers are delicate purple with brownish-green to reddish-brown markings and are found in groups of 2 to 3 at the top of the shoot. The individual flower is wide open, almost flat and relatively large. Very good winter hardiness.
