The seedling plants of the yellow-flowering wild species are among the most fragrant azaleas, absolutely captivating! Beautiful leaf coloring in autumn.
The densely branched, vigorously growing shrub bears light yellow, strongly sweet-smelling flowers in mid-May. In 10 years it reaches a height of around 140 cm and a width of 160. The final size is 250 cm high and 400 cm wide. The shrub is completely hardy and the leaves turn a magical red color in autumn.
